The girls did a 'Scavenger Hunt' looking for all sorts of twigs, leaves and prickly things and then took advantage of the dens that mystery people had made amongst the birch trees.
They improved them by adding more sticks and bracken and would probably have been happy to spend the night out there! They seemed happy to be running freely outside after months of being cooped up.
We were happy too letting them choose their own fun.
